1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the l444bt platform ("Platform", "Site") and its users ("Member", "User"). These Terms are established by the organisation operating l444bt ("we", "l444bt").

l444bt operates a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. It is each user's responsibility to read these Terms in full before using the platform.

2.3 Registration Information

Members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account. l444bt reserves the right to close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided. Members must notify the support team immediately if their details change.

2.4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, l444bt support must be notified immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at l444bt is ৳500. The following payment methods are supported:

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

l444bt offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable. Bets on certain games may count toward this requirement at different rates.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each member may use each promotion once only.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless otherwise stated).
• Conditions must be met within the set time limit for claiming a bonus.
• l444bt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If promotion abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Conditions

All bets are considered final and no bet may be cancelled except in the case of a technical error. l444bt reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and various leagues) and other sports. If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or subject to uncertain circumstances, l444bt will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are played with a dealer in real time. Slot games are operated on software from accredited providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and others).

5.4 Technical Errors

The l444bt VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on member activity, and l444bt reserves the right to set the criteria for progression. Terms and conditions also apply to cashback benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities on the platform.
• Strategic misuse of the bonus system (bonus abuse/arbitrage).
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to exploit software or technical errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Registering under a third party's identity or a false identity.
• Using automated bots or unauthorised software.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 l444bt's Authority

l444bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• A responsible gaming request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Member Rights

A member may request the closure of their account at any time. If all wagering requirements on bonuses have not been met from the remaining balance before the account is closed, the bonus portion will be forfeited and only the original deposited amount will be returned.

If l444bt delays or refrains from exercising any of its rights in any instance, this will not be considered a waiver of that right.
